Very nice and knowledgeable young man. He convinced us to come in and look at the jeeps because we didn't think we could get approved and told him no 3 times about coming in. He was persistent and we came in and left with a Grand Cherokee. Thank you Kalique.

For sending a referral customer I would receive a check as a reward. Three months and nothing. There word should be there bond. Max Motors can't be trusted to keep their promises.

Been to Eddy’s a number of times for my Jeep. - Moe’s Mom

Been to Eddy’s a number of times for my Jeep. This last time I worked with Tyree in service. He had to step in because the person I was initially working with was no longer there. Unfortunately, that meant the set of shocks I ordered and paid for could not be found. Tyree put the pedal to the metal and found a set and transferred them in so I could get my ride fixed as planned. Getting ready to make the move to Houston and wanted my “Vin Diesel” ready for the adventure! True was very pleasant and thorough in making sure everything went smoothly and was completed same day. It also helps that they had shuttle service to pretty much anywhere which is better than setting in the lounge for 3-4 hours! If you need service, ask for Tyree!

I took my Murano in for a diagnostic. - John Meyer

I took my Murano in for a diagnostic. It was showing major transmission codes with my mid range obd code reader. They not only ran diagnostics but made a video and a color coded assessment noting what items needed attention. I didn’t need anything major. They were fast and very professional. I highly recommend them for your service needs!

I can only speak for the service department. - barrett1944

I can only speak for the service department. Both times I have gone for an oil change I was in and out within 30 minutes. For that alone I think they were great.

Since I live approx. 35 miles away from your dealership; I highly appreciate your loaner car option. This allows me to do some errands while in the Wichita area. When in the lobby, your receptionist Jen, makes the the experience pleasureful. She is a tremendous asset to your dealership! Also Kevin is awesome to work with. Without a doubt your people are the main reason I come to you for service. Rick Glaves

Made a deal on a truck had a bad tire, salesman said they - lathamkeith942

Made a deal on a truck had a bad tire, salesman said they would write me a check for a new tire. Over 45 days and several phone calls which I have been lied to on each occasion still have not received the promised check for a new tire. Each phone call I'm told they will call me back they never do. This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Nothing but liars.
