On the day it came in, after I started the paperwork process, the finance manager informed me about a 'NON-NEGOTIABLE ceramic coating and window tint that they add on - for $2500! This same product at any other Toyota dealer is less than $1000. Call around and ask. You'll find that to be 100% true. They pretended like I was informed about this ahead of time. I was not. The sales rep even apologized for not telling me about it. When I protested, they told me they didn't want a bad review from 'rude customers' and they were going to sell the car to someone else. We had originally gone down the road to the Ford dealership but the salesman there didn't listen to our needs and price range. We politely declined and decided to see what Clint Bowyer had to offer. David came out to greet us. He was very nice and listened to us, and didn't try to push a car on us we weren't interested in. Once we found a car and sat down to discuss the details, we understood why David's nickname is "Simple". Everything was straight-forward and honest, and he was very happy to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
