I brought our CR V in for routine maintenance based on my understanding of the required service. I was so pleasantly surprised and advised that I did not need service yet. Joe Edinger and the young woman at the express service desk(sorry i don't know your name) did not try to up sell any services. I did have routine maintenance items performed including oil change, brake line flush, rear differential and transmission services. To my surprise I was informed there was a recall item and that was addressed too. I feel the prices for service was very fair. I will be returning for future dealer service. Honda Clinton is trustworthy, give them a chance. Well done! More

Above and beyond A power outage right in the middle of my scheduled service could have caused lots of challenges. Debb Skelton (customer service point of contact) kept me up to date on what was happening and how long it was expected to last. When it was clear that it was going to take some time she arranged for a loaner car which was very much appreciated. Lending me a new Honda Civic was an extra plus. Deb kept in contact and had the car ready to go the next day. There were lots of options from doing nothing to sending me home in a Uber / Lift. However, making the car available avoided this and also avoided having me sit there in a waiting area that had no power and was likely moving toward having no heat. Debb did a great job, despite all of this to going on, to review what service was now needed and make sure that it was accomplished.. More

Great service team. I just took my 2017 CR-V to Clinton Honda for an oil change. It is not just for the oil change that I bring by CR-V there, but because in addition to I just took my 2017 CR-V to Clinton Honda for an oil change. It is not just for the oil change that I bring by CR-V there, but because in addition to the oil change Mark’s great team also perform a 52 point inspection. They give me a full report and let me know if anything else requires attention. It is very comforting to know that tires, brakes and other things are being professionally checked. I believe it is especially important to check everything now with winter weather coming. I feel fortunate to have Clinton Honda with Mark and his team to watch over and maintain my wonderful CR-V.
