My experience with the service dept at clinton honda. I had an appointment for service on my leased 2016 Honda CRV for 12:00 noon on Tuesday 3/12'19. I arrived very early for the servicing by about 35 min I had an appointment for service on my leased 2016 Honda CRV for 12:00 noon on Tuesday 3/12'19. I arrived very early for the servicing by about 35 minutes so I was prepared to wait to get my car in. To my surprise I talked to one of the service writers (Kaitlyn Sackett) and she took my car in immediately. She was very knowledgeable about the CRV and explained everything to me that should be done while the car was in for service and why it should be done. This is a leased car and the lease is up in December of this year and I haven't decided if I am going to buy it at the end of the lease or get another leased car. so I told her I would decide to do all of the things she recommended at my next service which will be due before the lease is ended. I was very pleased with the entire service and the service writer. More
