There was no shady business regarding timelines, price markups, or unnecessary add ons to mark up the price, etc. Everyone was super kind, and straightforward. You can tell they take pride in being a trustworthy business. We traded in a car and purchased a new Sienna, which we are very happy with! We will definitely be coming back if we are ever in need to replace our second vehicle! She was upfront about what they had available, but also put in some work through dealer trades to get us exactly what we asked for. She was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and if she didn't have an exact answer at the time she didn't just make something up, she made sure to do her due diligence before getting back to us - a very rare but important trait not many salespeople have these days! Nick was quick to arrange to the have the Trucked hand delivered to me along with all of the paperwork, to my house some 400 mils away from his dealership!!! Now that is service! I can't say enough about responsive and helpful Nick was during the entire buying experience. Since I was searching nationwide, I talked to a lot of dealerships and salespeople and when I talked to Nick you could instantly tell he was genuine and trustworthy. Everyone I communicated with either via phone, text or e-mail were absolutely the nicest and easiest people to deal with. Craig Hughes the finance manager via a phone call, took the time to explain every detail of the transaction and answer every question I had. Craig was very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Rogan Taylor set up phone call with me to discuss all of the connectivity features of the Tundra since I was out of town. Again very professional and answered every question. He spent over an hour with me going through all of the technology of Tundra. I, Like a lot of buyers have had many LONG days at dealerships haggling back and forth trying to get a deal on a new vehicle. I decided to call Coad as my wife was interested in a Highlander. I spoke dealerships haggling back and forth trying to get a deal on a new vehicle. I decided to call Coad as my wife was interested in a Highlander. I spoke with salesman John Williams who was very attentive to my needs and had exactly the vehicle we wanted. We were able to agree on a selling price and my trade value over the phone and very quickly. I arrived at the dealership and everything was already ready to go. Rogan immediately took my wife on a tour of the vehicle and all its technology and was very Knowledgeable. The finance Mgr., Craig Hughes, greeted us and told us he was ready for us when Rogan completed his portion. All documents were ready and Mr. Hughes actually got us a better finance rate than we were originally slated to receive. The paperwork was completed very timely and without pressure to buy extras. We received our new vehicle, detailed and full of fuel. Probably the easiest, fastest car buying experience ever.
