I had the worst experience, sorry to say. I checked my car in early for the scheduled appointment in the morning; I was called in the afternoon and asked why I was a no-show. Then I was stranded without a car and no communication from anyone for multiple days. When I finally was able to get my car, they still had no idea who I was. They had to hunt my keys and paperwork down, offered no explanation or apology, handed me my car keys to search their whole car lot for my car myself, only to find it boxed in and trapped between multiple dead cars. The experience was terrible, and I’m not even a mean person. I wasn’t treated right though at all. More
