I brought my truck in for a noise in the front end. My truck is a 2022 Silverado 2500hd with 29k miles. First, they couldn't duplicate the noise but after showing the tech he agreed it existed. The service advisor then came back and told me they were charging me $160. diagnostic fee and didn't find the problem. They said because the dealership I originally purchased the truck new from had adjusted the torsion bars 1/2 " and they added a 1 1/2" larger tire (before they sold it to me), my trucks warranty wasn't covered by them. I returned to the dealership where I purchased it and they told me there was a technical service bulletin for the issue and serviced it free of charge. Coastal Chevrolet is a disappointment to do business with and will no longer be used by my friends and family. I will be sharing my experience with others in the hope they won't take advantage anyone else. More

Shady business practices. Finance manager, Brent Nihiser, added $6k to my loan without verbally disclosing. Then wouldn't give me a copy of the signed paperwork that day and told me he would have everything ready the next day. I picked up my car and my paperwork was shoved into an envelope in my glove box and the envelope was taped shut. Whatever you do, do not shop here. They say they're a family owned business so I guess this family condones bad sale practices. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! More

I have a 2011 Camaro SS that I recently replaced the rack and pinion and changed all 4 strut assemblies on , Coast Chevrolet did a 4 wheel alignment and straightened out the atrocious wheel balancing job tha and pinion and changed all 4 strut assemblies on , Coast Chevrolet did a 4 wheel alignment and straightened out the atrocious wheel balancing job that another National Tire shop had done. Excellent personal service Been taking my cars there for years most recently yesterday. Got great service from the service clerks and the jobs were done on time.
