CURTIOSY.... RIDE OR VEHICLE?? Salesman no longer there, took 2 trips in n from N. TOPSAIL TO KIA. for repaire to be completed .. all manufacturer issues. Bought this lovely (NOT) S Salesman no longer there, took 2 trips in n from N. TOPSAIL TO KIA. for repaire to be completed .. all manufacturer issues. Bought this lovely (NOT) SPORTAGE... WHAR WE WERE TOLD WAS NEVER COMPLETED UPON PURCHASE. PROMISED BUT nothing in final documents (our fault) n then no courtesy for customer out of City limits.... Especially with NEW CAR purchase and recall work to be done. Perturbed! Not to mention vehicle WAS NOT detailed as promised. I am upset at local customer service.... Yet offer TV's with a car buy.,. Forget those who have bought and can't go the extra mile when a mother and child are not "within City limits" Miscommunication on both ends ... But they are the pros. Supposed to care for customers and consider their specific needs. More

Great customer service from everyone I encountered the day of my service. The service manager helped me by offering the shuttle service because I needed to leave my car to from everyone I encountered the day of my service. The service manager helped me by offering the shuttle service because I needed to leave my car to get worked on. I received a phone call letting me know what was going on with my car and their recommendations. I received a follow up call the next day by Sam just checking up. Awesome experience! More
