Got quote for replacing front windshield of 2019 Toyota Highlander, but NOT directly from your dealership, for I was sent to Eric Fisher for quote, which was $750 including electronic evaluation to ensure Highlander, but NOT directly from your dealership, for I was sent to Eric Fisher for quote, which was $750 including electronic evaluation to ensure all needed car systems that connected to the windshield were reconnected. Then Eric quoted to me $600 excluding the electronic system evaluation. I went to Auto Glass on South Cobb and got the windshield replaced for $270, also excluding the system evaluation. My wife has back problems and has to ensure she can comfortably ride in anything we buy. I had concerns that she would be able to tolerate the firm suspension of the SE model. Mike made sure our test drive covered some rough roads to confirm the ride quality met my wife's needs. We paid a fair price for a great Camry SE. It has exceeded my expectations in all respects. Incredible service and really cares about their customers! I was the in the market for a 2020 C-HR and started the process online and dealt with Mark Kligerman. When I sent an inquiry it was almost instant tha I was the in the market for a 2020 C-HR and started the process online and dealt with Mark Kligerman. When I sent an inquiry it was almost instant that he called me back to followup with me and listened to what I was looking for and really cared. I promised him that I would call him back the next day about if I would go by to test drive the vehicle. I made an appointment at another dealer (STN MTN) before talking to Mark, but it was the mistake of the day... I wasted 2 hours at that this dealership because they did the bait and switch when I got there. Stone Mountain Toyota confirmed that they had a vehicle that I was interested in but when I got there, of course it wasn't. To make it worst, I was already ready to leave, but they told me that they would work a deal that would be better than Cobb Toyota but ended up talking the the manager and they couldn't even match the sticker price at Cobb. Anyway, from that horrible experience I called Mark to see if the vehicle was still available and made appointment to come see it. They also took many precautions due to the coronavirus, which made everyone there feel safe! Ended up getting their at 1PM and was shown the vehicle immediately and loved it! Mark didn't just match the price he quoted but added another $500 discount the already low price they were offering. With vehicles being limited in the Corona pandemic, they were still willingly to work with me. They worked "magic" to get me a vehicle that I wanted! I usually purchase my cars at Atlanta Toyota but unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for but I was HAPPY that I found COBB Toyota! We had an outstanding experience with Cobb County Toyota and James Osby. We stopped by just before closing on a Sunday and saw what we had been looking for on the far back lot. The truck had just arrived and was several days away from being ready to be put on the front lot for sale. We went in right at closing time and were met by James Osby. Although it was late, James was in no hurry to get us out the door, in fact he was very patient and spent a great deal of time answering our questions etc.. well after hours. When we left James said that he would call me the next morning which he did. He also expedited the truck through service and also had it detailed for us. We met later that day and worked out a deal on my trade in and also finalized our purchase. We felt very comfortable with James and never once felt pressured throughout the process. I have bought a lot of vehicles in 63 years for myself and family members and this was as good as it gets. I highly recommend Cobb Couty Toyota and James Osby. More
