My car got scratched while getting an oil change. Service manager arranged for a fix at the body shop but their service is also lacking. Would love to avoid both if I could but this is the closest dealer to me. More

Made an appointment to get 4 new tires. Waited 2 hours. Should not have taken more than hour .I Guess it does not matter if make an appointment.. Then when I go to get the vehicle there Waited 2 hours. Should not have taken more than hour .I Guess it does not matter if make an appointment.. Then when I go to get the vehicle there are marks on all 4 wheels in the same place . The marks would rub off on 3 of them . The driver front rim was scratched noticeably would not rub off . The service person said the service manager was gone to lunch and I would have to wait another hour if I wanted to see him about the damage . The service person took pictures I never received a call from any at the dealership about the problem. This use to be a great place to get your vehicle serviced. Not anymore . It’s a shame my family has bought over a dozen vehicles from them . I will be looking elsewhere to take my business. . . More
