I took my 2026 Toyota 4 Runner in for a leaky rear tire, I had only had the vehicle for a couple of weeks and figured that they would just repair the tire. Since I had purchased the bumper to Bumper warrant I had only had the vehicle for a couple of weeks and figured that they would just repair the tire. Since I had purchased the bumper to Bumper warranty that covered the tires I was pleasantly surprised when they replaced the tire with a new one. They had to order the new tire and I was able to swing back by the next day to have it installed..As always Cobb County Toyota delivered great Service and have a happy customer. More

always a friendly and helpful experience with the service department but I feel let down by the manufacturer with the poor quality of the transmission that had to be replaced after 115,000 miles. I have always trusted Toyota quality but now they are losing my loyalty, and I will be looking at other manufacturers for my future vehicles. So sad they have chosen to go the way of other manufacturers and damaged their reputation with thousands of loyal customers that stood beside them. Cobb County Toyota is awesome but to me the Toyota brand has been severely hurt. Didn't know Toyota had such a problem until I experienced it and began to see the many other customers who had the same problem with the quality online. Found out that the problem is so bad a class action suit is being formed. I am warning friends to not trust Toyota brand as they have in the past and sell or trade their cars before the warranty runs out and they suffer the same fate as myself. The first lady who greeted me told me that this was normal, after I explained to her that it was not normal. She reluctantly led me to an advisor.
