Claude Henry Claude Henry is the Man!! Honestly! I have known this gentleman and his family for years. I always wanted to get a Toyota tundra. For 1, I couldn’t a Claude Henry is the Man!! Honestly! So I waited for about three years just for him to sell me this vehicle because I know he was honest. He was right, I love the truck😁 No offense to the Dodge Ram family but I just like to Toyota better it’s heavier and more solid and rolls awesome with the huge backseats Claude took his time and made sure that I wanted what I wanted, and wasn’t trying to sell me over. The Invisible Man I visited today and was completely ignored. I walked into the showroom, looked around, sat in a Silver Camry (Parked in front of sales tower filled wi I visited today and was completely ignored. I walked into the showroom, looked around, sat in a Silver Camry (Parked in front of sales tower filled with Managers) checked out the car and nobody asked I I could be helped. So... I went outside, walked the entire lot. (Found a new white Camry on the back of the lot that was unlocked that someone had left their phone cord in it and their empty drink). Looked around. Nobody. I walked up front, looked at the pre-owned Camry's on the front line. Nobody. So... I walked back inside. Sat in the same car again. I opened the trunk. I got in the back of the car. I got out and looked around for someone. Nobody. So... I asked the receptionist that I walked past (now 4 times) "Can you see me?" Puzzled she replied "um, yes?" "That's funny, looks like nobody else can" And I walked out. I have Purchased a new truck here and serviced my wife's Avalon here but I doubt I will be back. I hope this is the exception but it was my experience. More

Bad Experience My wife and I have previously purchased 4 cars from Cobb County Toyota with great experiences. I received a great internet price quote today and took My wife and I have previously purchased 4 cars from Cobb County Toyota with great experiences. I received a great internet price quote today and took my car in to trade. It turns out the employee made an honest mistake and keyed in the price wrong in the offer I was emailed. I understood and politely accepted that with not one iota of frustration or anger. What I do not graciously accept is the attitude of the Sales Manager, Logan, on his delivery of this news. Logan, some advice: 1) an apology should have been your primary objective in our interaction and you did not offer any form of apology 2) when delivering this type of information, refrain from condescension, don't attempt to make the customer feel stupid for believing a price quote emailed by one of your employees 3) follow through on a potential sale, you made no attempt to negotiate a deal even though you could not honor the emailed price 4) don't rudely hurry through an interaction with a polite and cordial customer as though it's the biggest waste of your time all week Unfortunately my interaction with the sales manager really soured me on this dealer and I'll hesitate to buy here again. To the employee that made the honest mistake - I fully understand, don't beat yourself up and accept your apology! More

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Cobb County Toyota. Ted Domohowsk was the Sales Consultant. Let me say that Ted was VERY patient. I had many questions and he answered them all. I started out looking at one vehicle and then changed my mind to look at another. When I tell you that I looked at 20 vehicles and he patient through the whole process! He thoroughly explained the features in all of them. I purchased the 2019 RAV4 and he set up my phone and explained ALL of the features of the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Ted Domohowski as a sales consultant! More
