The salesman was fine but the sales manager that came in was very aggressive with me. I didn’t catch his name but called after leaving and was told that the sales managers working were Rob Smith and Merrick Shaw. He was rude, pushy, aggressive, kept requesting my keys to my car after I told them no, and then followed me out to my car yelling at me when I was trying to leave. I will not be doing business here. I have also seen multiple reviews of similar experiences at this location. More

In and out in less than 30 minutes! I was in the area last Friday, knowing I was close to needing 10,000 mile service, so drove in without appointment just to see what the wait would be. Greeted immediately, checked in, handed over the keys and sat down in the waiting area. 25 minutes pass and I get a text, and an e-mail that my car was finished! Oil change, tire rotation and inspection, all completed. Got my keys from the cashier and was on my way. This is the second time so far using their service department, and had a similar experience the first time. And after having experienced a nightmare at CCT's neighbor (F--D!) two weeks prior, this experience shows it can be done. Why all other dealer service departments can't figure this out is mind boggling! Keep up the good work and dedication to customer satisfaction, Cobb County Toyota! More

Sales horrible. Salesman Ted was ok but once we agreed on the sale price he said his job is done and passed the paperwork to finance. But I have to tell you the whole process that we went through was just pathetic. It seems like no one there is interested to earn your business. More

Thats funny I didnt get there until 7pm. So I finally a few days later find a car ask them to simply show me pics of the actual car on the lot because I wanted to be sure it is there and they cant even respond to a simple txt to have the sales manager call and confirm if they can deliver the car or if it is in stock and to confirm numbers nothing. Rob Smith or Rob Warren is a joke and there are plenty of other lots to buy from....however I went back and was told deal would be the same then get there and bam 1k more for car now since march rebates expired and it was an eh deal. I was tired of shopping. They gave a fair price on trade...did get great apr compared to market rates at 2.9% for 72 months...happy w car...not happy w experience overall...they didnt know who the sales manager was I spoke w and in the end refused to give the org. deal their own sales manager offered.... Business Is Obviously Too Good! So, I Kept My Money! I visited this showroom on Sunday Feb. 2, 2018, around 4:30 to look at a couple of vehicles. I was in there a good 10 minutes really studying one vehi I visited this showroom on Sunday Feb. 2, 2018, around 4:30 to look at a couple of vehicles. I was in there a good 10 minutes really studying one vehicle, checking out the engine compartment, touching the facia, opening doors, the back, checking out the spare tire/storage area, sitting in the vehicle, reading the sticker, and all. I got smiles and acknowledgements from other customers, but not one member of the staff, reception or sales. Sales folks looked right at me and kept walking, I got a hello out of one as he hurried past me. I went out on the lot and spent 5 or so minutes looking at another car, no attention still. I have never gone to a dealership without at least one person approaching me upon or shortly after arrival. Admittedly, this was a busy time, but that's when you say, after confirming a potential customer has not been helped, that someone will be with them shortly. Perhaps business is too good. I simply left. I'm in the market for a new car, but I won't be buying one from here. More
