This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchaed from Cobb Toyota sn Kerry in the last 4 years. 2 new and 1 used and each time i do business it reminds me why i come back to Cobb and Kerry. This time i went to 2 GMC sn Kerry in the last 4 years. 2 new and 1 used and each time i do business it reminds me why i come back to Cobb and Kerry. This time i went to 2 GMC dealers, Ford and Chevy and stil came back to buy from Kerry. He is upfront, honest and very easy to work with. I never feel pressured into making a decision on the spot and alway feel i am treated fairly whether it has been new car, used car, parts or service. However when I read consumer reports they graded the Tucson with a 70 and the Rav 4 with an 82. This helped me make my final decision. I just purchased the car 2 days ago and I am happy with my decision! More

I was a "repeat customer" since this was my 3rd purchase at Cobb County Toyota. I felt very welcome, and appreciated, valued. He was kind and I feel like he realized I was a serious buyer, and without undue pressure, he responded to my requests and "heard" my desires, and accommodated me. It was late, past time to go home probably, and he never showed me that he needed to be elsewhere. When I asked if Joel was still with them, I was happy to hear that yes, Joel was actually my sales manager that night. The previous 2 times I had bought there, Joel was my financial contact, but he has since, been promoted. Joel has always been kind, and professional. Jonah told me that Joel recognized my name immediately, as a repeat customer. When all was said and done, Joel said "see you next time." And he is right. When the time comes to buy again, I will seek out both Joel and Jonah. I love Toyota, and driven Toyota since 1993. This is my 9th Toyota purchase. I've been purchasing cars since 1968, so I know when I've been treated fairly, and gotten a fair price on my purchase. We were there for 4 hours, but it only seemed like 2. Very friendly and personable. We talked about everything - sports, life experiences, where we were from, etc.(including the SUV I purchased). I didn't have to do any haggling with price (the worst part of buying a car). When I went to the finance person, he just gave us the forms to sign and we were gone. No trying to sell any other items or adjust the price I had agreed on. The whole experience was GREAT !! More
This toyota dealer ship service center has the worst staff. Its as if when they were being hired the criteria was to pick the rudest people. They left the oil cap open on one of my vehicles and it spill staff. Its as if when they were being hired the criteria was to pick the rudest people. They left the oil cap open on one of my vehicles and it spiller oil all over the engine and on a other one they could find out what was wrong with it yet changed out parts 2 times on it. Finally I just had to get my car back and it had the same issue I brought it to them minus $640 out of my pocket. Please dont go to these morons. More
Very good experience. I had received a good price from dealer web site when I was searching for a specific vechicle (color, options, ect.). Over all I would say the price was great and the friendliness of Chris Hawkins was very knowledgable about the truck and great to work with. Hamilton Chan was easy to work with and helped ease us through the process. Both were terrific. I was also able to spend some personal time with both Sales Managers a found they were great Car guys. Over all I enjoyed spending time with everyone in the dealership and say thanks for a great car buying experienc. On a personal note my pet peeve is high pressure sales and beyond the great service enthusiatic attitudes of the staff I had absolutely was no hard pressure sales pitch. That closed the deal for me! More
