Went twice for the same service(Safety recall). Also I did not get the update on time, I was not able to manage my weekend because I have to keep check when the job completed. My truck has been there twice for the same issue and it still isn’t fixed. 3 times if you include the time I brought it back and was to come back later. They’ve tried 3 fixes and it still isn’t working rig still isn’t fixed. 3 times if you include the time I brought it back and was to come back later. My service advisor has been kind of helpful. But nobody else wants to be bothered. More

I came for oil change for my Lexus I was approached with a rude service advisor with no customer service so impolite so I went to Mr CJ and he took care of my but after my oil change next day I had oil leak a rude service advisor with no customer service so impolite so I went to Mr CJ and he took care of my but after my oil change next day I had oil leaking on my garage floor And also inside my engine when they try to change the oil filter they made a big mess not happy about this service at all they didn’t do good job at all. Manager Zach Claybrooks is a liar. He will not keep his word and he’s too proud to even apologize for his mistakes. Go to Marietta Toyota.
