We went car shopping, not knowing what I wanted because it had been 15 years since I had bought a new car. Went to many dealers to see our options. Stopped at Mazda and met Connor Otway. Connor walked us through the Mazda line up and we settled on the CX-30. He answered every question we had (and then some.) Very pleasant young man to deal with and we highly recommend him. When we went to pick up the car, Connor was off so Thomas assisted us through the last steps. It was a very easy transition. We finished the day with Rob Shull in Finance, typically the longest portion of any sale. Rob was incredibly patient as we made small adjustments to the contract. He took it all in stride and gave us his full attention. All with an easy flowing conversation. We can’t say enough about the whole team at Mazda North Hills. They were fabulous! More
