My wife and I loved the fact that we weren’t rushed to purchase a vehicle or pressured by a Manager. Our salesman Ben was obviously very raw/new and didn’t exude much enthusiasm. I recently bought a new Mazda at Cochran Mazda North Hills. It was my first experience buying a new car and the team there could not have been more helpful. My first visit I worked with Thomas who accom Hills. It was my first experience buying a new car and the team there could not have been more helpful. My first visit I worked with Thomas who accompanied me on a test drive in a CX-5 which I new was the model I wanted. He explained the different models and their benefits. After my first visit they presented me with some options of new 2023 models and their availability. We chose one of the models and then waiting for it to arrive. Once it arrived we went to the dealership and got familiar with my new vehicle. I worked with Matt in the finance department to get my plan worked out. He was super transparent about our options for warranties, payments and each document we went through. Overall the whole experience from start to finish was great! As a first time new car buyer I was nervous about the process but the team made it stress free and answered all my questions. I would definitely encourage anyone to work with them!
