I appreciate the response, and I look forward to receiving the promised funds. That said, I am upset that I had to resort to posting online reviews about my experience in order to receive any sort of acknowledgement of my concern regarding the promise that I had not been honored. As I noted in the review, I could not elicit a response from the Service Director for nearly two months. Moreover, the Mazda call center could not get a response; like me, the call center representative was taken straight to voice mail. In addition, I used the "Contact Us" form twice in the week prior to posting the review, with the same result, i.e. not response. // Now, I did indeed finally receive a message from the Service Director last week, but this was left on my voice mail. He implied that he is going through a tough time, for which I extend my sympathies. Nevertheless, this was the first that I had heard from him since our initial correspondence two months ago. I don't want to go around in circles for such a small amount of funds, but almost nothing has happened that changes my perception of the service department: shoddy work and dishonest interactions.
