This is the 2nd car I've purchased in a year from #1 Cochran and the sales staff is etremely friendly and helpful. Since I am a sales and applications person, my car and my GPS is my life. While I was waiting for the finance paperwork to go thru, my sales person, Brandee Stratigos, wrote down all of the contact information from my old car and typed every name, address, and/or map coordinate one by one so when I left the dealership I was ready to resume my job. We had a connection because she graduated from the High School that I worked at, Perry High and she graduated from the College I graduated from, LaRoche College. We did not know each other but I was so proud to see a student from Perry High doing well. She made it easy for me, I trusted her. This has been the best experience for me in the 45 years that I have bought or lease a VW. More

Overall, I had a very favorable experience at #1 Cochran Volkswagen. The sales person I worked with, Mike Krebs, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Krebs even stayed after the dealership closed in order to go over all the features in the car with me, even though the transaction had already been completed. Similarly, I had a good experience with the finance manager, Randi Reuss. Ms. Reuss was friendly and professional even though it was late in the evening and the dealership was nearing close. Finally, General Sales Manager Paul Kaseman also took the time to speak with me to make sure I was having a good experience. If the service I receive over the course of my lease is at the level of the service I received in originating the lease, then I will very likely do business with Cochran again. More

However, from the pamphlet I received in the mail, to the phone call I made because of the pamphlet, to my entrance into the showroom, to meeting with Mike Krebs and Paul Kaseman. They made buying a car stress-free and without hassle. Oh, #1 Cochran also beat a competitor's prices on the Passat & Jetta and Mike's knowledge and enthusiasm of the VW models far surpassed the salesman from the other VW dealership.
