I had my 2011 Jetta in for a blown fuse, Steve handled the problem and notified me of two simple recall fixes that could be taken care of with very little additional time. I really dislike waiting for service work on my vehicles ( I don't think anyone dose) but I was in and out in under two hours. Best of all the suggested work Steve recommended but was serenely not pushy, just simply notifying me of things that would need to be taken care of in the next 30 days or so, saving me a trip to the dealer. After having issues with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff at the Sendell Motors volkswagon dealer,(it took them a few tries to find and fix an oil leak of which I had to pay for their incorrect of the staff at the Sendell Motors volkswagon dealer,(it took them a few tries to find and fix an oil leak of which I had to pay for their incorrect part replacements even though they weren't broken and also were still under warranty), I was very surprised to find that all of the employees that I came into contact with at #1 Cochran VW were VERY knowledgable, friendly and not pushy. They did not try to push me into any work that wasnt necessary or push me into a new car when I decided to look around the showroom. They cared whether or not I was satisfied with their service. This was a relief to me since it is hard to find a dealer that puts customer satisfaction first. I know I will come back to them for any of my service needs in the future! More
