They got the car in and made the repairs quickly while I waited. The radio was intermittently acting up. Despite being able to recreate the problem for them to see that day, they took me on my word that i waited. The radio was intermittently acting up. Despite being able to recreate the problem for them to see that day, they took me on my word that it was faulty. They replaced the radio under the extended warranty quickly and painlessly. They were friendly and easy to work with. They took good care of the car and didn't mar any interior components as they performed the work. I also got a free extension on my radio's Sirius satellite radio. The Sirius contract on the old radio had expired and not been renewed. When the new radio was installed, I found that the Sirius was connecting again. That was a little added bonus that I didn't expect! More

I am very pleased with the Service and attention I received at #1 Cochran VW. I own a 2009 CC (4motion) which I find to be an excellent vehicle. Fortunately, I have had no problems with my CC, bu received at #1 Cochran VW. I own a 2009 CC (4motion) which I find to be an excellent vehicle. Fortunately, I have had no problems with my CC, but my state inspection was due. Since my CC not purchased at Cochran, I had no experience with their Sales or Service departments or personnel. My appointment was scheduled for the day after my call. I was met in the parking area by a young lady who saw that that I was unfamiliar with the dealership. We laughed, and she helped me park. I was greeted by Frank Schrello, who introduced himself and Steve Storino, another Service manager. Frank took necessary information, and wrote my service order, and asked me about my vehicle. Since I have low mileage on my almost three year old auto, we discussed that it would be wiser to have the 30,000 free scheduled maintenance closer to my three year anniversary. It was clear that he took interest in what would be best for me. While looking at the automobiles in the showroom, I met Marty Mariani, a sales consultant who took true interest in the cars he was selling. We knew the CC well, talking about changes since made to the CC since my 2009 model. While having coffee, I talked with Dennis Patton, who was waiting for a meeting. He questioned me about my experience at Cochran. He was outgoing and down-to-earth and interested in my thoughts. I later learned that he was a General Manager. Within an hour, as my car was being inspected, I learned that the customer's opinion and satisfaction is important to staff-- Service,Sales,and Management- who are all engaging and people-friendly. I saw that Sales Staff know the cars they are selling - and are excited about them. Lastly,and most important, I received prompt,excellent service and advice from Frank Schrello, and his Staff. More

When shopping for a new car, I had browsed other Volkswagen lots and I had found a GTI online that I was interested in. After setting an appointment with Cochran VW, and meeting the sales associate, Marty Mariani, I immediately felt comfortable looking around and asking questions in regards to the differences in the models. I felt no pressure from the staff when making this decision, and recieved a very informative rundown on what makes each Volkswagen different from the other, which helped me to make a decision for a Jetta. When I was ready to buy, Marty was very clear about the price of the car and worked with me on a payment that I could afford. I have had several cars in my life, and have dealt with an array of sales pitches when making purchases. This experience has been my first ever for a new car, and also my first ever for a quality, no hassle purchase. In addition, the finance associate, Matt Ross was very friendly and easy to work with. He had great attention to detail when preparing my paperwork, to ensure that everything was correct. I truly love my new car and have given the name of my salesperson, and location of my dealership to friends and family, so if they are in the market for a Volkswagen, they know where they can get a great deal with friendly service and no hassle. I would certainly recommend my sales associate Marty to others, and will look for him in the future when making my next purchase. More
As Service Advisors, Steve & Frank provided a high level of customer support from start to finish. In addition to Cochran performing the annual inspection/emission testing and an oil change, they qui level of customer support from start to finish. Lastly, the dealership's courtesy van service really helped out in dropping the car off prior to heading to the Trolley to go to work. More
I went into #1 Cochran dealership thinking I wasnt going to buy a Volkswagon ,i was just going to compare prices to other manufactures.Then i met salesman Martin Mariani and he pointed out all the great det to buy a Volkswagon ,i was just going to compare prices to other manufactures.Then i met salesman Martin Mariani and he pointed out all the great details and features of their vehicles.He also told me what great service you get from the service department.Next came the test drive on a jetta thats when i knew i wanted one. compared to the other manufactures vehicles i had driven. M.Mariani was polite and straightforward about the sale price ,i felt no pressure to buy this vehicle its a great car with good salesman and a quality sales team.I would recommend this dealership and salesman to any of my family.
