Brandee was perhaps the best salesman we have ever encountered. At no point was she agressive nor rude;never ordered us;polite;actually enjoyed dealing with her!! I visited this dealership on August 8, 2011 to pick up the vehicle that I negotiated for on the phone. Paying cash, I had fully intended to take the papers to my local dmv to obtain registration. I was t the vehicle that I negotiated for on the phone. Paying cash, I had fully intended to take the papers to my local dmv to obtain registration. I was told that they would not provide that on the day of delivery because they had "procedures" and it was a "corporate" thing. I was told that I would have the title in "a couple" of days. When I called to inquire, the sales manager was not available to me, the finance person and my salesperson were off, and that was that. I was able to get someone in the titling department on the phone who was kind enough to find out what the truth was and even called me back (perhaps she should be a sales manager). The story now is that there was an "error" in my paperwork ($2600+tax+doc fee.....hmmmmmm) and that it was sent back to the finance person to correct. I'm no rocket scientist, but if these calculations are too tough....... So here it is 5 days later and the papers have still not been sent out to me, which means that the couple of days will stretch to a couple of weeks. In my opinion this it totaly unacceptable, and after finally getting the sales manager (He never did return my call, I called back again) on the phone, he became argumentitave and put me on hold and never came back on the phone again. This is not the way to treat a customer. I drove over 2 hours each way and am amazed that in this financial climate, and with so many choices of where to buy, that a customer could be treated so unfairly, and with such an utter disrespect. It shouldn't matter if I spent 2,600. or 26,000. I should be treated with honesty and integrity. I'm very dissapointed!!!! More
