My friend told me a story about her girlfriend, who purchased a car at Cocoa Hyundai some years ago. Since then the woman has had no problems with maintainance of her vehicle, because the dealership takes good care of it. That is why I came to Cocoa Hyundai dealership on Mother's Day. By that day I already had some car shopping experience. Cocoa Hyuindai is the best! The fact, that I left the dealership with a brand new car, speaks for itself. Senior Sales Associate Michael Conley revealed high professionalism. He was cordial, quick and efficient. John Moyle took care of the paperwork. Horrible experience dealing with Cocoa Hyundai, First off was trying to make a deal via email with Ryan Posen (the internet Manager) who eventually came to an agreement on a Tucson for 8500 out the door, He was trying to make a deal via email with Ryan Posen (the internet Manager) who eventually came to an agreement on a Tucson for 8500 out the door, He had a salesman name Maurice Smith contact me by phone I explained that I wanted to make sure everything was in order and didn’t want any surprises when I arrive. Before I left for the 3 hour drive Maurice called me to make sure I was still coming and once again I explained the deal and what type of loan I had, he stated no problem, and I asked him what all paperwork I need to bring with me. Once I got there it was a totally different story all of a sudden there was an extra 2k that needed to be added on the price, which was an out of pocket 2k plus the paperwork that was stated that I needed was not the information needed, after they tried to play the good cop bad cop technique like another person wrote on here, I got up and left. I contacted Ryan not to argue with him about me wasting my time coming there but to see if the new extra amount that they were requesting be added on the loan I had because I still had an enough amount that could have been added if need be. He writes back with the rudest response one could imagine, DO yourself a favor Do not do business with these dishonest people you would only waste your time like I did More
My friend and I were looking to look at a (2) new Sonata hybred and we talked to a M. Smith when we pulled in and asked another salesman when they would be in and he told us 3 week if not sooner get his pho hybred and we talked to a M. I told Mr Smith that I was also looking at a FOrd and this other sales person out of the blue said oH you just want to look at one not buy. That was not the case I have a 2005 Sonata now and I have bought 2 ohter cars from this dealership but from here on I will never buy another car from them. Very Rude It was not Mr Smoith it was another Salesman that he was talkng to you may need to ask who he was from Mr Smith. More

I saw a few cars online and called.I was told by Chris K. the website was hacked and those prices were wrong.He said with my credit and price we could work something out.I drove an hour and a half for an appointment with Chris.He didn't even come out to help me.Another guy tried to sell me new cars way over my budget.When we looked at the used cars I couldn't get a price out of him.I asked for Chris who was RUDE and told me I could get a car that I really didn't want for my maximum budget.The same prices are still on the website!!! He goes back into 'mystery' land, come back and adds $2000.00 to a down payment and ups my monthly payment almost $200.00 per month, and absolutely no idea what my credit is,what my score is or the interest on his quote is!!!! I was very clear. I was happy to walk away, we had been sitting outside then Anthony called us back into the fish bowl and was humiliated. Anthony discreetly telling me he couldn't work those numbers SHOULD have been what happened. But he then tries to give me some crap about what I really can afford or not and 'having pizza'. I said the budget is what it is, I can't do more and got up to walk out. Mike catches me walking out the door and has the nerve to ask me if I had done any research! Yes, Yes ... I did and I called to check in and I told Anthony more than once and now I have him being condescending? Really? These type encounters are what make having to look for a new vehicle so stressful. I HATE THE FALSE ADVERTISING and the bickering that apparently has to happen to get a car if you are on a budget. I can't and won't do it. There has to be a better way .... More
I worked with Travis via email explaining what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. Travis worked with me on every aspect and eventually handed the ball to Mike. Both men were courteous, friendly and explained every action in detail. There were no pitfalls, traps, loopholes, bait and switches or anything else underhanded, sneaky or shady in dealing with these gentlemen and this dealer. I can't say enough about what a positive and relaxing experience it was. My car had to be delivered and they gave me a "loaner" car in the interim, something they definitely didn't have to do. The loaner car also gave me the opportunity to remind myself why I purchased the 2011 Sonata as opposed to the 2010. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership. Compare their reputation with any of the clowns in Orlando and you'll realize it's worth the drive to the coast. More
