I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. This vehicle was purchased brand new and since purchasing this vehicle, I have experienced repeated and concern regarding the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. This vehicle was purchased brand new and since purchasing this vehicle, I have experienced repeated and serious electrical and engine-related issues that have significantly compromised both the safety and reliability of the car. The vehicle has been returned to the dealership for repair on more than three separate occasions over the past year and a half for the exact same recurring problem. Most recently, the issue resurfaced again on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The malfunction consistently occurs while driving on Interstate 95. While accelerating, the vehicle suddenly jerks violently, begins to decelerate unexpectedly, and the dashboard glitches simultaneously. I have documented these events thoroughly and sent multiple videos to the dealership staff demonstrating the malfunction and explaining the circumstances each time it occurs. However, despite these efforts extending repair times, the exact same dangerous problem has continued to occur. I have repeatedly expressed to dealership management that I no longer feel comfortable or safe driving this vehicle and that I believe it qualifies as a lemon due to the persistent and unresolved defects. I have also requested guidance regarding possible resolutions, yet the only response has been repeated repair attempts that fail to permanently correct the issue. My greatest fear is that this malfunction will occur again while driving and result in a catastrophic accident involving injury or loss of life to myself, my family, or others on the road. As a teacher, I work extremely hard for my income, and it is deeply upsetting to continue making monthly payments on a vehicle that I cannot trust to operate safely. At this point, I have lost all confidence in this vehicle. It has become one of the biggest regrets of my life, and I am formally requesting immediate assistance and a permanent resolution. More
The Service Center at Coconut Creek Hyundai is a total rip off. From wanting to charge $65 to replace my wiper blades. (I said no, it's something that I can do myself in less than five minutes) To stating that they give a "free" 15 point inspection then telling me that I would have to pay $300 for the diagnostic if I didn't get my car repaired there. The sensor that they charged $700 to repair costs an average price of $300 at the local mechanics I checked with for the same repair. In addition to charging way too much for parts and labor, Hyundai Service adds excessive "miscellaneous" surcharges which the fine print states is for profit. I would not recommend or use this Service Center again. Buyer Beware! More

I was ripped off when getting a new battery. This service department targets certain people to overcharge them. I was charge $466 for a simple battery. When other Hyundai dealers charge only $25 This service department targets certain people to overcharge them. I was charge $466 for a simple battery. When other Hyundai dealers charge only $250. They called me back and acknowledged they overcharged me and offered only to reimburse me $99. I have prove of documents proving this and I am filing a complain. My car has been in service for 3 days for the a/c which is blowing hot air. I was told what was wrong and I gave the ok to fix it ($2100). Then I was told that the compressor that they put in was defected and they need to get another one. That was on Friday morning about 8 am. It is now Monday 4pm. I NEVER got a phone call again on Friday and not today either (Monday). I have no idea what is going on with my car.. I spoke to an assistant to the Manager a bit ago. She offered no apology. Nothing. She passed me over to the Service Manager (Ron) who did not answer my call nor call me back from the message I left. If this service is not sounding good to you, you might want to look elsewhere. I believe the serviceman who was "fixing " my car was Mario. Never heard from him again. Just found out that Mario is the advisor! Who knew? I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Regret? You bet. Take my message seriously. It is all true. The 2nd compresser came in on Tuesday 1:30. I figured I would get my car back before Hyundai closes on that day. No one called. So, once again I had initiate the phone call. Won't be ready until tomorrow. Now, I told them i was at another place for the a/c and they tried 2 new compressors and they did not do the job. Hyundai was told that. So, the 2 compressors were numbers 4 and 5. You know how the saying goes, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is called insanity. Yesterday (Thursday) I was told the problem was electrical. It is now Friday. They have had my car for 10 days. (7 days plus a weekend) The person who looked at my car first told me the problem was electric; but Hyundai wanted to do their own diagnosis. I get that, but really they put in compressors numbers 4 and 5. and they thought it prudent???? Yup, it is a nightmare More
I bought 2 other cars here in years past and had ZERO problems. All they have to do to make me go away and delete these honest reviews is close the loan and close the deal on the VIN - I canceled the problems. I would stop my daily phone calls which are never answered. I would stop the consumer complaints. They routinely have a failure to provide proper papers, I've got no car and they refuse to close the deal or the loan, I owe #25K and I got no car! I have photos of them taking the car away. They refuse to honor their 3 day worry free exchange. It is on their website but it is just another Coconut Creek Hyundai lie. Stanley Anders and Nadine Ebanks his finance henchman are dirty and they ghost customers, refuse to follow up with papers and therefore violate laws probably! Nadine and some random guy she brought into the room screamed at me. I am a white haired 70+ year old who was abused there on Stan's watch. Matt King screamed and canceled the sale because he is a mess and tried to steal the deal from the girl who sold the car. He changed her name to his on all the papers. WHAT??? Nadine backed him up and threw the original sales person under the bus. More

Ty was helping me and he did go above and beyond and then passed it to Ron and ever since then I’ve left messages and never get a retur about a year!
