When I finally found a manager in the service department and told him how long I had waited He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. More

Instead they have now cause this review. I hope everyone sees this and learns a valuable lesson from this. Make sure you get every detail about your deal disclosed. I am going to buy my hyundai at DelRay Hyundai because they have the same car with a lower MSRP and they didnt try to pull a fast one and change cars the last minute. We discuss a vehicle and come to a deal that is of course much more than what I have at Delray Hyundai. Then This guy calls me back says his manager has changed his mind and we can do a lower price. So funny how he fails to mention the car changed as well. Then he lies about our conversation when i call him out on his xx. This store does not disclose fees on their customer worksheets. Probably means they are hiding a whole lot more than you realize More
We met with Dom on an early morning visit to consider a used car. The unit we found was a 2019 (four years old) with low mileage. Dom was certain price was below 20k and we could call him later in day to used car. The unit we found was a 2019 (four years old) with low mileage. Dom was certain price was below 20k and we could call him later in day to confirm. We find the same unit sold for same price new, full MSRP four years later and no warranty. We confirmed price on internet and called as directed thinking Dom was going to offer a better deal. Nope … Dom now suggested minimum price was over 22k and he would not confirm best pricing till we came back. What …we were in and told to call later. Unscrupulous car salesman that plays games and once again shows a dealership that cannot be fair, transparent, and honest. Dealer Prep fee, which is pure profit to dealer, I’d also a hefty 995.00 in addition to sales price. We suggest going elsewhere and remember most Kias/Hyundai models made from 2016 thru 2021 have immobilizer issues and many will not even be insured by major carriers. Perhaps we should have thanked Dom for his poor sales techniques as we chose to never return. More
Went in because there was a rattle coming behind the dashboard, left the car a full day, got a call saying they didn't find anything wrong, told to come back during the week to have a manager hear the s dashboard, left the car a full day, got a call saying they didn't find anything wrong, told to come back during the week to have a manager hear the sound. Did that, manager sent advisor with me, he acknowledged that the sound wasn't normal, left the car another 3 days. Car was ready at 9 am (according to paperwork) got called at the end of the day saying the car was ready. Only to drive it out of the dealership and hear the rattle. They're wasting my time, hyundai sent me to another dealer. More
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your dealership. My vehicle was undergoing an oil consumption test, when the next day after I got the oil replace the service I have received from your dealership. My vehicle was undergoing an oil consumption test, when the next day after I got the oil replaced, while driving home from picking up my daughter from school, the engine seized while driving. I had the car towed to your dealership, where it sat for over a month before the engine was replaced. After a month it finally got the engine replaced and on the day I picked it up I saw it had grease all over the door and the panels in the car. While driving home it broke down again. It seems like a transmission problem. Upon a brief inspection I noticed that there were loose bolts, a bolt sitting on the windshield grill under the wipers, and electrical wires not in their protective secure routing. Now the vehicle is at the dealership again and I'm getting nonchalant responses from the service person. While waiting for engine replacement I was without a vehicle for several weeks, a loaner should have been provided, now I'm without a vehicle again and I have 2 daughters in school. I am very frustrated with the service I have received from the(COCONUT CREEK HYUNDAI Service Department) dealership. I have been a loyal Hyundai customer for many years and I am very disappointed with the way this has been going. 3 persons that I've referred to have purchased New vehicles from Hyundai after I purchased mine! UPDATE: Service man said I need a transmission replacement, how?? why?? what's wrong with the transmission if it only went in for seized engine. Unless the shop's error with the Engine to Transmission assembly! I need details! More
I dropped off my car 7:30 AM March 13th for three items and waited for my car. They fixed two of them and told me my car was ready. When I asked about the third item , a problem with a feature on the key f and waited for my car. They fixed two of them and told me my car was ready. When I asked about the third item , a problem with a feature on the key fob, they told me the mechanic could not replicate the problem. So I asked Kevin the service writer to get my keys and come out to my car. In seconds I showed him the problem and said "wow that was really hard to replicate" . He got the shop foreman out who threw a little tizzy fit about how busy everyone was since it was Monday. I said so that means the mechanic just didn't want to fix it . Anyway he said he would look at it and after awhile Ron Melko the service manager said it needed a part and I left the car. It is now the end of day # 16 and no one calls with an update, no messages returned , no texts returned. I even wrote to a sales manager Meir Karli for help. NOTHING . Would never buy a car here ! I recently leased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and had the most pleasant car buying experience. Oliver was the best!! He helped my daughter with her first car three years ago, and afte dealership and had the most pleasant car buying experience. Oliver was the best!! He helped my daughter with her first car three years ago, and after that initial contact, I decided to go back to this dealership because of Oliver. He was very patient and concerned that I purchase a vehicle that I would enjoy driving for years to come. I also got a VERY good trade-in price for my previous SUV. I would recommend them any day!!! Coconut Creek Hyundai was condescending, abrasive and the stereo-typical car dealership. Don't be fooled, dealerships have plenty of new automobiles in stock; just look around. Can't blame them for trying t stereo-typical car dealership. Don't be fooled, dealerships have plenty of new automobiles in stock; just look around. Can't blame them for trying to perpetuate the Covid-19 supply chain theory, but ignore their "addendum" and "dealer add on" pricing above MSRP. Plenty of Hyundai dealers are starting at actual MSRP and discounting the car. Do your homework. I initially contacted Coconut Creek Hyundai via their website, along with my partner, Elliot. I entered my personal contact information, along with the model we wanted to lease, how much we were putting down at inception, etc. They replied via email and their initial number on the IDENTICAL car at another Hyundai dealership I went to was $120 more per month on a 36 month lease. Granted, they're TRYING to sell/lease new cars at $1000's above MSRP, and they might be catching a few people sleeping. But new cars are absolutely being discounted. After I replied via email to the "internet sales specialist", Oliver Barrera, who had originally contacted me, stated he'd beat any deal. I sent him a copy of the other dealer's worksheet/ lease proposal, where I was already approved with "Tier 1", top credit. He called me on my cell, was verbally abusive and I hung up on him when he said, "Sir, if you can get the car for that price, you better run back and get it." Within minutes my phone rang and it was "Jose", supposedly a sales manager, who told me their dealership was the #2 volume Hyndai dealer in Florida, along with Hyundais were selling for $3000-$5000 above MSRP. I told him if that's how you're handling your potential customers, maybe that's why you're #2 and not #1 and disconnected the call. I shopped a total of three Hyundai dealerships. This one, Rick Case in Plantation and King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach. I'm just an educated consumer. I don't work in the automobile business and my partner retired from it after working twenty-one years for the same dealership about ten years ago. We took delivery of a 2023 Hyundai SEL with the convenience package, all weather rubber floor mats and mud guards from a different Hyundai dealership. The car had and MSRP of about $25350. We leased it for 39 months, 39,000 miles, gave only $500 total cash out of pocket, qualified for the $500 military rebate and our payment was $383, tax included with Tier 1 credit; meaning our credit scores were high, over 780, and qualified for the best rate/program. Experience it for yourself, do your homework and if you do, you'll find a better deal considering there are so many Hyundai dealerships in South Florida. More
