Beware of Mike Tremblay. I bought a Hyundai Veracruz and I wish I had never gone to that dealer. This guy is unprofessional, disrespectful and not polite. He delivered the 2011 suv to us with a mess inside. I wish I had never gone to that dealer. This guy is unprofessional, disrespectful and not polite. He delivered the 2011 suv to us with a mess inside. Dirty, bad smell. After complaining he asked me to bring the vehicle over, because it took 5 hours to clean the vehicle! When I brought the car on monday, Mike Tremblay was not there and someone else helped me. They have never ever heard of any detailing that took 5 hours. He told me to give him a couple of hours and we gave it to them. That was at 10am. At 12 pm when we went to pick up the vehicle Mike Tremblay was yelling at the guy that told us it was not going to take so long. When we addressed mike to ask him about the vehicle, he ignored us and answered our question to the guy. He went on to say that our family had no communication! (Really? what does he know about my family?) Then he went on to say that if we can't wait for the car (after we told him not to rush it) then he is not responsible for the mess. When we received the car at 4, that is 6 hours after we brought it to the dealer, it was still smelling bad, had a mess inside, and it was just unacceptable. After speaking to Lucas, who went on to ask about our nationality (oh boy!) This Mike Tremblay was asked to apologize and when apologizing he said "the customer is always right, what can I do?" his apology was not even real. He even mentioned he sells 40 cars a month (I do not care about how many cars he sells). And he was smiling all the time, he did not take the matter seriously. If he really cared he would have inspected the car the first time(he failed to do so), he also would have considered checking the car the second time we brought it over (he didn't do so). On top of all this, to defend himself for the poor service provided, he said we were rushing him, so on top of this he is a liar. How could he say this? If we left the car over there asking him to deliver it when ready, does this sound as if we were rushing him? If we had rushed him we would have waited for the car at the dealer right? This guy really thinks he is dealing with stupid people here, and if his managers believe him and not us, then something is really going on in this dealership. Be warned, coming to that dealership will not be a good experience. I have to say, to be fair, that I can only speak about Mike Tremblay. More
This was the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. We actually walked away from a deal that took us two days to negotiate. When we arrived to sign the paperwork the vehicle was not in sight dealership. We actually walked away from a deal that took us two days to negotiate. When we arrived to sign the paperwork the vehicle was not in sight - when we asked to see the car we were told "you already saw it twice" - strike one We were made to walk in the rain to the back of the lot in order to see what we were purchasing once more before signing the paperwork ( I was paying CASH ) the location of the parked car was in the dark, so we asked for the keys to move the car into better lighting conditions we were told "the keys are with finance you get them when you pay" - strike two When we first test drove the car it pulled to the right and we were assured it would be resolved prior to purchasing the vehicle - when trying to determine if in fact it was Ryan began talking over my wife when she tried to speak - and then double talking us on the repair telling me that alignment is not a safety issue and not part of the inspection of the vehicle and as far as KING MITSUBISHI / HYUNDAI was concerned not an issue - well that was strike three.... This car was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son , I can not believe the way in which we were treated at this dealership - I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KING DEALERSHIPS AGAIN- if they cannot hire and train good people who are not rude to customers - RYAN was supposedly a mechanic at this dealership prior to becoming a salesman a few short months ago - he needs to go back to working with inanimate objects- because his interpersonal skills are very much lacking. I am only brushing the surface of exactly what was endured that night 12/12/11 - mainly because I am sure to run out of room on this page before detailing everything More
