AVOID THE SERVICE CENTER! General communication could also improve (Frank was good, all others terrible) STORY BELOW This is a long story and I will try to be brief, but at every single step of the process of getting my car repaired was not handled properly or competently To start, I hit some road debris and had to call Hyundai Roadside early in the morning. They confirmed someone would be there in 90 minutes to tow me, as Hyundai sees fit to not sell a 25k+ car with a spare tire. Anyway, 80 min later the tow driver calls to tell me he will be there in 30. After and hour and several calls, he has disappeared off the face of the earth and I have to call roadside again. Another truck was called and I had to wait a total of 4 hrs. Shows theblack of reliability of who Hyundai trust with Roadside I get to the Dealer at Coconut Creek. I need a new tire and rim. Now, I have warranty coverage on my wheel. This was an extra I paid for when I bought the car from this dealership. You would think that info would be readily visible on my account. The service assistant, Carol, tried to charge $550 for parts and labor and I had to insist on the coverage for my car. I am having a hard time believing she could not see that coverage right away, so either it was ignored to try and charge me or it wasnt there and marks a huge red flag for how accounts are managed here. So thats all set, I am told that the part will be in next week. Now, no offer of a loaner. Despite knowing my car would be out a while and they work with Enterprise for rentals, I was told they wouldnt do that for my case. So..... no help with alternative transport. Week passes, day I was given arrives and not ready, told tomorrow. Rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. Come to find out, the part was sent to a dealer on the opposite side of the state. This was communicated with the implication that this is "something that just happens from time to time". So, I have to wait weeks and spend hundreds more to get back and forth from my jobs for something passed off as trivial. What was supposed to be at most a week and change turned into a nearly month long headache that, despite warranty coverage, cost me far more in alt transport, lost wages to shifts I couldn't get to due to lack of reliable transport, and other expenses. I could have gone literally anywhere else and it would have been solved much quicker and much cheaper. Tried calling and left 2 messages to the service manager about this whole ordeal, he never responded. Frank tried his best, but every link in the chain around him could not work competently. I am now out well over 1k in excess costs and losses due to how long this took. I am angry and will go out of my way to avoid this dealership going forward More

I bought a Hyundai certified pre-owned car from this dealer 2 years ago. The turbo needs to be replaced. We signed the contract with the salesperson and help from a manager that the small hole in the roof and the deep scrapes would be fixed. The sales person photographed everything to be fixed. I received a call the following Tuesday that the car was ready, but the scrapes weren’t fixed. It was suggested I could bring it back anytime for the repair. I declined and said I would wait for it to be fixed. On Tuesday 9/14 I was told the car was ready. The initial hole and scrapes were repaired and new scrapes appeared and someone did a terrible job with touch up paint to cover up the new scrapes. (All they do at this place is lie and deny) I went back there on 9/16 to get my deposit back. A new salesperson told me about a similar car to the one I was previously purchasing ( a little more mileage). I agreed to take a look because my daughter really needs a car. Went there today to purchase the car for an agreed upon amount. I also received a voucher in the mail to use on any car in stock. First we were told yes we could use it, then no we couldn’t then we could. The voucher says up to $6,488. Of course we knew it wouldn’t be anywhere near that amount. They offered $100.00. Then they made it sound like they weren’t going to sell us the car unless I took down the unfavorable review. Part of their game is they send in so many people to talk to you, all saying something different so they can play the blame game. In the end l did not buy the car. We gave them a second chance and came out even more disappointed and upset. These people were abusive, disrespectful and demeaning—and as we were leaving there was another customer screaming about 14 emails and they apparently screwed up on his situation too. Needless to say, a horrible and traumatic experience for us, especially my daughter. More

My bank said they did not need to proceed w/financing & Hyundai Finance said they did not need it to release car from lease for purchase. Financed w/my CU, they asked for the charge to be itemized on Buyer's Order not lumped together with the Purchase Price, they refused & threatened to not do sale even though I was on the last day of my lease. Which means, I would have to shop around again & be in breach of Lease Agreement/End of Term. False reporting & bogus charge! More

Every time that I need to do any errands for my car, it gives hard time dealing with this dealership. I will give it 1 start for keeping my appointment time, 1 for providing lift 2 ways, but regarding cust gives hard time dealing with this dealership. Obviously they try pressure you to get all services, but if someone mess up with white stains in your seats and doors, they will call you a liar. Well ,I did sign it,I was willing to fix it.After 2 h waiting I left waiting room to find “my” Advisor Mario outside the office talking with colleagues.When he saw me ,he rushed to the office showing me to go after him.It looked like he has policy to keep costumers as long as he can.I was disappointed,Mario seems to be very nice and friendly person.Anyway he had my diagnostic paper ready.And here is my the biggest problem.,He gave me 2 prices.First price was for replacement AC compressor over $1000.00,second price included replacing also condenser.All together with labor over $ 1800.00. It was not clear which scenario will apply.Big deference.
