There seems to be a change as I drove in the lot to get the oil changed in my F150. There were a lot of nice cars and trucks in the lot Every time I have been here before I thought the lot was boring but the oil changed in my F150. There were a lot of nice cars and trucks in the lot Every time I have been here before I thought the lot was boring but today nicer cars and trucks Did not have an appointment for oil change thinking it would be a couple hours wait but not sure but it was less than a hour Things seemed different? i kidding ask the service writer did you get a new manager and was told yes Keep up what you are doing much better than it was Thank you More

The worst service experience I have ever had. A simple oil change turned into oil all over my driveway i side of my doors on my upholstery. I had to bring the truck back as the bottom was cover A simple oil change turned into oil all over my driveway i side of my doors on my upholstery. I had to bring the truck back as the bottom was covered in oil and dripping on my driveway. I got an upholstery cleaner and cleaned the interior myself. I was told the regional service manager would contact me but I have heard nothing. Stay away, if a sumple oil change is too mych for them just imagine if you needed your brakes replaced. More
