Bought a Ford gold certified vehicle and did not notice a few spots of damage that were missed in the inspection. (Stone chip in windshield and big gouge in rim with a gash in the sidewall of the front drive few spots of damage that were missed in the inspection. Went back to the dealership and they refused to do anything about the tire which is a safety hazard. Manager states the tire held air and doesn't leak so they would not replace it. They did send out a tech for the windshield but only to fill the chip to prevent spreading but wouldn't replace the windshield. If damage was seen at time of purchase, I would have wanted a reduced price of damage fixed before purchasing. Not happy with the service received after buying a truck from them and will be the last time I buy a vehicle from them as a result. Also did not even receive a completely full tank of gas after purchase after was told I would. Tank was only 85% full. More

I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from this dealership, and since buying it, I have experienced one problem after another. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the steering wheel was shaking, so I brought it back and they kept the car for an extended period of time. After I got it back, the A/C was not working. I live about an hour away, so I had to drive an hour there and an hour back just to get it repaired. They kept the vehicle for almost two weeks. When I drove another hour back to pick it up, I discovered the problem still wasn't fixed. I had to leave the vehicle there for approximately another two weeks. I also had an issue with the tail light not working. After getting the car back again, I noticed a concerning smell coming from under the hood. Salesman Dakota called me, and I told him about the smell. He said he would let a manager know and someone would get back to me. Nobody did. Then the vehicle broke down. When I brought it back to the dealership, I was told that the car needs an engine and that the automatic braking system is also not working properly. I contacted General Manager Kevin looking for help. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve such a serious situation, I received a couple of emails and had to continue following up myself. He suggested trading the vehicle, but that option did not work out. Since then, I feel like my concerns have been ignored and I have not received a reasonable solution. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I was a returning customer and expected much better treatment. I understand that used vehicles can sometimes develop mechanical problems. My biggest complaint is how this situation has been handled—the repeated trips, weeks without my vehicle, repairs that were not completed, the breakdown, being told it needs an engine, and the lack of communication and assistance from management. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how I have been treated. After purchasing two vehicles from this dealership, I expected Coggin DeLand and its General Manager to take my situation seriously and make a genuine effort to help. More

I bought a 2016 MKX from them that had 47,000 miles. Obviously being that old car was bought as is where is. I love the car.
