I purchased a used Jeep at Coggin less than two weeks ago. I was promised a soft top with hardware with the deal. To date I have a soft top that was un-usable, hardware that a top is no longer availabl ago. I was promised a soft top with hardware with the deal. Their reply was "it wasn't like this when we inspected it". The dealership now won't even answer messages regarding any of these issues. They kept saying we are not a Jeep dealership. If you are a woman, DO NOT go to this place and expect a truthful, reliable used vehicle since all they want to do is sell. They will say whatever they have to, to make the sale. But obviously NO service after the sale. More

Got on the road and tried to use the radio and the same thing happen , return back to the service department and found out that the park was on order I should have never left there without knowing that the part was on order, the reply that I received from the maintenance tech was it would be here in three or four months. I went online and found out all they had to do was order the part and it could have been there the next day . I don't know why they want to give me a run around on a warranty part More
While having my '19 F150 serviced something happened and the paint was scratched and wheel flare was chipped in two places and also loose. The truck was delivered to me as complete. The truck was in need of being cleaned after the service and repair and while cleaning it I noticed the a scratch on the front passenger fender as well as the wheel flare loose and scratching the fender. There was also 2 chips on the flare where a suspect a trim tool was not full inserted before applying pressure to remove. My 2 star review is due to the fact that I was left to discover the damages. I am sure that the technician knew that he damaged the truck and should have said something when he turned in the completed R.O. I returned to the dealer to discuss the damage with my Service Writer, Mark Luteran, and he promptly took my truck to the service manager and body shop manager. They came up with a plan to replace the wheel flare and to buff out the scratches. Should the scratches be too deep they have committed to repainting the damaged area. I would have been happy to give a 5 start review if the service writer notified me of the damage with a plan for resolution when delivering my truck back to me after the service. This was my first experience with the dealership's service department. I chose to use the service department as I had a good experience purchasing the truck last month. UPDATE 4/6/21 The body shop corrected the issue and the truck is scheduled for the repair. More
I recently purchased an F150 from Coggin. I have always dreaded purchasing new vehicles. The constant calls and nagging by sales force. He was very organized, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very straight forward and was receptive to my requests and after a test drive and working out a few issues on payment and final sales price i was on my way with an AWESOME 2019 F150!! More

The service department guy told me it would be $165 for an initial diagnosis. Promptly left there and Took it over to Mullinex Ford in New Smyrna Beach and they were more than happy to run the codes at no charge. What a rip off- scam dealer....won't ever go there again and I live 3 miles from Deland Ford. More

Then they told me they found a power cable lying on the steering box but they could not move it. It was not a factory item. That is true but when I bought the SUV the Ford dealership installed it. From start to finish we had nothing but positive service We were traveling from Canada to Fl for a 2 week visit and had an issue with our 2018 Ford Edge, check engin light came on (usually not a big deal) de We were traveling from Canada to Fl for a 2 week visit and had an issue with our 2018 Ford Edge, check engin light came on (usually not a big deal) decided to go to the closes dealership to have it checked out as we had lots of miles to drive to get back home. The folks at Coggin starting with our service rep Patty Delgado and Juztin the tech who did the repaires on our vehicle were absolutely above board in there level of service to us. They ended up having to replace the engin in our car!!! And this was done in a very short time period with a replacement vehicle so we could still enjoy our visit to the area. Thanks again for the great service we received from Coggin Ford in Deland Florida. More
