We remember the days of buying a new vehicle when that was not such a great experience and we ended up walking out. Not this time we were given several options and time to discuss. After dealing with him I had decided to not return to this dealership where I had bought my car and had it serviced several times over the last ten years. Thank you Mr Blake for assigning me to Mark Lutheran, Quicklane Service Advisor. He was polite, kept me informed, searched the service records for a motor craft battery purchase as I did not have the receipt and also honored the Full Service Coupon sent to me via email.
