Service Department is not Professionel!!!! Completely disappointed!!!! Not professional!!!! I got oil change appointment online for July 18, 2017 at 11:30 AM. When I went there, they said "w Completely disappointed!!!! Not professional!!!! I got oil change appointment online for July 18, 2017 at 11:30 AM. When I went there, they said "we are overload, come back @2:30 p.m." Can you imagine that? I drove 20 min to there and drove back 20 min!!! I wasted my time almost 1 hour. And they don't care. Definitely disappointed and it was not professional. I will write my comment every where, if they don't try to fix that! Even I will call Ford main office. Thank you More

if you like to be lied to buy here this is the worst dealership that I have ever done business with.. the 2017 f-150 that we purchased did not come with cruise control or power windows, this is the worst dealership that I have ever done business with.. the 2017 f-150 that we purchased did not come with cruise control or power windows, we only agreed to buy the truck if cruise control and power windows could be added as if it came from the factory,, but what we got was some kind of aftermarket that dose not work properly you can not see the cruise control when your driving it is under the steering wheel, and it jumps up 5 mph when you set it, and the drivers window sounds like its in pain. there was a scratch in the tailgate on the inside and they fixed it but the paint dose not match More

Smooth, Quick, and Pleasant Transaction Found the vehicle I was looking for online and with in 2 days I had it in my drive way. This was also including the negotiating and the 8 hour drive!
