Ms.Laurie Beck and service Manager Jim Jernigan were very helpful and understanding. They really understood my unfortunate situation when my Armada had problem with the brakes, which was repaired with the sa helpful and understanding. They really understood my unfortunate situation when my Armada had problem with the brakes, which was repaired with the same problem about three years ago.Though its out of warranty, they were able to help me out by not charging me for parts and gave me a 20% discount on the labor cost.They took their time to make arrangement with Nissan through the Nissan relief assistance to get me some relief on my brake repairs. Just being loyal customer with this dealership they continously provide me a better service and outstanding support with my needs. Thank you Jim and Laurie. More

I roamed the lot while Frank and Henry patiently waited for me to pick what I liked. Both were very friendly and professional, which is refreshing considering some past experiences purchasing other cars. We all know it can be a nightmare, but not this one! Finally for once I felt like I stole from them vs. them stealing from me with the deal I worked out. The car is absolutley fabulous! I can't say enogh about the car or the service i recieved. I am a 19 year Active Duty Navy Sailor, and I would recommend this dealership and Henry or Frank to my own Mother to buy a car. More
The reason I would not recommend this dealer is because they sold me a 2012 nissan sentra with a bumper to bumper warranty. The service engine light came on less than 6 months after the purchase. I contact they sold me a 2012 nissan sentra with a bumper to bumper warranty. The service engine light came on less than 6 months after the purchase. I contacted them and they could not see me that thursday or sat. They told me as long as it wasn't blinking I could drive on it for a few days. They also told me it was ok to go get an oil change and that it wasn't causing the light to be on.I went an hour after the light came on and still got an oil change because it was due and because the dealership already knew the light was on and said it would be ok. Then when I took the vehicle to the dealership a few days later, they refused to honor my warranty because of some missing clamps that cost $7.70, which I replaced. They tried to blame it on the oil change even though they knew before the oil change even took place that the light was on. Now they are refusing to repair my maf sensor, which they even stated would have been covered in my warranty. The parts dept informed me that the clamps are faulty and are coming off of people's vehicles, causing the clamps to be on backlog. She believed it was a design flaw with my vehicle.Now my vehicle is drinking gas and has no pickup because they are trying to charge me an arm and a leg to repair it.I would not have bought the vehicle if the company had not sold me on the warranty, and now I find that the warranty is useless and that I have been sold a lemon. In fact, if it not for Stacey Luhrs, I would be driving another vehicle. Stacey is a consummate professional and makes every situation, great or small, easier to deal with. I have had catastrophic vehicle issues as well as very mundane issues and Stacey has patiently and expeditiously dispatched them all. She does this effortlessly, with great communication skills and a dogged, determined to 'make things right'. She seems to genuinely 'improve everything she touches'. I have seen her communicate with all the techs and they respond well to her comments, directions, and queries. I can honestly say that it is due to Stacey and your service team that I am still in a Nissan vehicle. I would be remiss if I did not highlight the specific skills of Sarah and Dave as well. They are friendly and answered any question I have had. Your excellent service is a direct reflection on having two such talented and professional techs. I hope in another 10 years or so to be giving the same critique. With Stacey, Sarah, and Dave still on board, I believe that would be a certainty. More
