I never once had to chase them for an update. If you’ve ever bought a car, you know how rare that is. I sat down with Jereme and told him I wasn’t interested in haggling. There were no games, no pressure, no back office runaround - the vehicle was priced fairly, we came to a deal in a couple minutes, and when I asked them to work with me a little they made it happen without a fuss. Colby was responsive, respectful, and answered every question I had. They even got me into a loaner quickly so I wasn’t stuck. The vehicle was freshly detailed and done right , it was ready to go and looked it. Firm handshake, looked me in the eye, did what they said they’d do. That’s all I want from a dealership.
