"shady business, car unavailable "
Saw a new arrival on their website, called about it, person i talked to confirmed cars availability, i specifically asked if it passed Nissan 167 point inspection, was told yes.
Upon arrival, apparently the car had a mechanical issue that was found out "last night" and the car wasnt safe, when GM approached us and i questioned him about the tactic, due to him telling me there are cars available that i would not be able to find on their website, my question was, "have they passed your inspection" unlike the car that i was told by your employee was good to go, his response was "whats with all the hostility" its a legit question after i just drove 45 minutes to buy a car with cash out of the door, and your telling me that you found out last night it was found unsafe, yet the dealership salesmen do not know that, terrible way to do business, i would never come back to this place.
"Two times we brought our vehicle in for service oil..."
Two times we brought our vehicle in for service oil change tire rotation the first time failed to do the tire rotation did they change the oil we don't know. 2nd time same service plus a recall. Same results no tire rotation did they change the oil and do the recall we don't know. Service department the worst. No one is held accountable for services not done; the service manager, the service advisor, the technician and upper management...Shame on Coggin corporate to allow this to happen. Apparently they don't care about their reputation......
"DONT put a deposit to hold a car - they advised my early..."
DONT put a deposit to hold a car - they advised my early 21 yr old daughter they would credit and not debit - well they lied!! They did debit so when we found car at better price and less miles we bought it - went back to Coggin and they said they reversed it - still not showing back up on my kids bank account!!!
