I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for an oil change at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues, and Michael Sciandra was the service advisor assigned to me. Mike initially messaged me saying the oil ch oil change at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues, and Michael Sciandra was the service advisor assigned to me. Mike initially messaged me saying the oil change special was for Nissans only and ignored me after that. I responded with questions about bringing my 2024 Nissan Armada instead of the Toyota Camry, especially since I purchased the Armada new from a Nissan dealership a couple of years ago, and I also asked what the price would be after the credit. I received no response until the morning of my appointment. Since the dealership is about 20 miles from me, I didn’t want to drive all the way there if the appointment had been canceled or there was an issue with the service. The lack of communication from Mike made it seem like the appointment wasn’t happening, and I spent several days trying to get an answer. Eventually, Michael Sciandra responded the morning of the appointment and said the Armada was fine and gave me the new total for the V8 oil change. This could have easily been handled with a simple response a day or even a few days earlier, especially since I had been messaging him and getting no response. I expect much better communication and customer service from a dealership service advisor, don’t ignore your customers Michael Sciandra . Very disappointing experience. More

Bought a vehicle here and the experience was exactly what car buying should be. I worked with Colby and Jereme, and both were straight shooters from start to finish. I found the vehicle I wanted and it needed some service before delivery. They gave me a realistic timeline up front, and when it slipped a day, they reached out and told me proactively. I never once had to chase them for an update. If you’ve ever bought a car, you know how rare that is. I sat down with Jereme and told him I wasn’t interested in haggling. There were no games, no pressure, no back office runaround - the vehicle was priced fairly, we came to a deal in a couple minutes, and when I asked them to work with me a little they made it happen without a fuss. Colby was responsive, respectful, and answered every question I had. They even got me into a loaner quickly so I wasn’t stuck. The vehicle was freshly detailed and done right , it was ready to go and looked it. Firm handshake, looked me in the eye, did what they said they’d do. That’s all I want from a dealership. I’d send friends and family here without hesitation. Thanks Colby and Jereme. More
