I had been to two other dealerships prior to Nissan at the avenues. From start to finish Brenden R. was completely accommodating to my needs and wants. I was going back-and-forth between two cars, one of which I really wanted but was slightly out of my price range and the other which was in my price range but I wasn’t completely in love with. He did all that he could to make sure I got into the first vehicle of my choice, at a price I felt comfortable paying. Will def recommend Brenden to family & friends. More

Service department is horrible! So I made an appointment online to get my break pads replaced. Raymond after completely ignoring me was chosen as my service person. Our conversation So I made an appointment online to get my break pads replaced. Raymond after completely ignoring me was chosen as my service person. Our conversation begins with him questioning my need for break pads. (WHAT?! I have replaced tons of breakpads in my life--I KNOW when it needs it!) And then proceeds to tell me that I need rotors before he has looked at it. Then after wasting at least 15 min - it begins to pour. He then claims he can't test drive my car in the rain! WHAT?! I know what I need- I don't even need your test drive. Front break pads. I think he didn't want that crappy small payment. And so he sent me away. Well I guess the 2 cars I bought at your business also means nothing. I have two young adults- probably would have bought several more cars in the next few years. NOT HERE THOUGH! More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM I bought a 2004 Mercedes SL500 for my wife. I understood that buying a used car that you are taking chance, but going to a dealer and not a little h I bought a 2004 Mercedes SL500 for my wife. I understood that buying a used car that you are taking chance, but going to a dealer and not a little hole in the wall used car dealer you would think you would get a better used car. My luck I was promised by Robert and Heath that this car was in great shape and would need nothing. well come to find out besides not getting title and them loosing the paperwork which is just crazy the car had major issues with suspension. about 2500 dollars worth or repairs, luckily we are a dealer of large equipment and were in with a local Mercedes shop that help me out and was half the price. I still do not have my title and supposed to be getting it who knows when. I bought a 2016 nissan NV3500 at the same time but went to another nissan to buy it at the same time. New car I would think would be ok with buying from them but I would never, never ever buy a used car from them. I would take my chances with a side alley used car dealer before them. More

Apparently 8 months ago my grandson purchased a new Titan and the experience was great, so much so I purchased a 2018 Frontier (Midinight Edition). What impressed me was not only the quality of the vehicles but my Sales Consultant (Kyle Smith) along with (Clarence Evans Sr.) the F & I Manager. Easy going, knowledgeable and helped me purchase what I wanted. Don’t take my word try them you will see for yourself. More
