But as soon as I bought the car the internet price dropped to 8200 from 8600, And i found out while i was showing the website that had the car i was buying to my friend and i was telling him that i made a great deal. But i saw the priced dropped, just i got pissed off to see that. I called to let them know that i got the update price, but they were insisting that there was a SYSTEM PROBLEM. TOTALLY I LOST MY TRUST TO THEM THAT EVEN NOW THAT THE PRICE DROPPED THEY ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH NEW ONE. after a long cobversation with them , almost I got conviced that might be the SYSTEM PROBLEM. But in the morning i got an email from CARFAX that the car SOLD WITH DROPPED PRICE to somebody. i posted the email here as well. SO I called them again, but still they are saying that was system problem. However i m buying the car with the initial price but i dont trust them anymore and I have learned a TREMENDOUSE LESSON IN MY LIFE if anytime priced dropped down IT S A SYSTEM PROBLEM More

Also went by there, asked for Nate before I purchased elsewhere, heard him tell the receptionist he’d be right up, waited 30 minutes before I just left. You better show them them there is something in it for them fast if you want service! Also look at the addendums on there cars before you purchase, it’s pure profit!! More

Obviously distraught, Patrick tells me "hes trying to help but I need to calm down" and then rather than trying to fix my problem, he tries to focus on selling me a new car. My car only has 80,000 miles on it. My car should be able to be diagnosed. No one deserves shoddy workmanship. No one deserves slimy sales tactics. Save yourselves a headache and skip this dealership. When I find a Jacksonville Nissan with great customer service, I will post an update. More

He stated the website has lots of asterisks and that we should scroll to the bottom of the page and read all the disclaimers and that none of their prices show any added options. What a waste of time. Don’t go by their ad and go elsewhere to a dealership that is more transparent with their pricing. We will never recommend nor purchase a car from them. More

Best experience I was immediately greeted by Patrick, general Sales Manager, when I entered the door. After explaining what I was looking for, he assigned Kyle to wo I was immediately greeted by Patrick, general Sales Manager, when I entered the door. After explaining what I was looking for, he assigned Kyle to work with me. This young man is so knowledgeable. I was looking at the Nissan Rogue. He answered every question. I was so impressed the friendliness & knowledge of the staff, that purchased the Rogue the same day as my visit. My husband & I decided to use the Nissan finance option. Jim worked with us and we were very pleased. Wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend Coggin Nissan at the Avenues to everyone. More
