They listened to me and made it happen, as they promised they would. Doug was determined to make me a satisfied customer. Rich was thorough in reviewing the vehicle with me before I left. I would highly recommend Colandrea Buick-GMC to anyone. I am a middleaged male and I can say that in all my years this was the most pleasurable auto buying experience I have ever had. I had left my Yukon XL for warranty service. While my truck was in their possession, it was damaged. When I picked up my truck, I was not informed of the damage by the service writer. I recently had to bring my pontiac G6 for a new water pump. They could not have been nicer - they had the car ready when they said they would & they even washed it!!!! Over the summer I had a problem with the hydrolics that work the convertible top - they ordered the parts & had it fixed in no time. The service department people are always pleasant and informative - they make it a pleasure to deal with Colandrea. When I decide to purchase my nexg car I will be going to Colandrea!!! More

We were going to buy a car but decided the deal was not for us and now they won't give us our deposit with this dealership. They were unprofessional. We were going to buy a car but decided the deal was not for us and now they won't give us our deposit back. I was VERBALLY abused by the owner on the phone when I inquired about my deposit and getting my money back. Before I handed over the deposit I asked if it would be given back if the deal didn't go through. Three different occasions two different people, the answer to that question was YES. Now they are holding my deposit and not giving it back. I would suggest you NOT do business with this dealership. But the choice is yours. More
