They have been extremely helpful in all aspects of the process. I especially appreciate their approach to the process and their no pressure attitude. This recent lease I worked with Martin Suarez who was an absolute pleasure. He was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Upon purchase he gave me a detailed walkthrough of the car which was very helpful especially with all the new features cars come with. I will continue to recommend Coleman to family and friends and I especially recommend working with Martin Suarez. It was also a pleasure to get to continue to work with my previous Sales representative who is now in the finance department, Chris Tandy. He too is extremely easy to work with and knowing he is still their keeps me coming back and comfortable knowing I'll continue to have a great experience. More

Untrustworthy Service Dept Oil change is $42 + tax somehow = $101?! I’ve asked them to check a knocking noise coming from my gas tank - found none. My steering wheel makes a s Oil change is $42 + tax somehow = $101?! I’ve asked them to check a knocking noise coming from my gas tank - found none. My steering wheel makes a scrapping sound while going 5-10 mph and especially when turning or parking- nothing wrong. However, they recommend more service maintenance that would cost a lot of money? And also, they can’t say whether these issues are covered by my warranty? I have a 2016 vehicle and bought it just 2 years ago. More
