I was contacted early Friday Morning by Lauren DiLissio who was beyond courteous, friendly and very helpful. Lauren informed me that I would be contact by a sales associate, Jeannette who contacted me later that morning and was very helpful in providing me with the information I needed and we made arrangements to meet on Saturday morning to discuss the purchase of the 2015 GMC Terrain SLT-1. I met with Jeannette on Saturday and she also was very courteous, friendly and helpful throughout my buying process. She made the purchase of my vehicle as stress free as she could. Making such a large purchase is never easy. She has also been extremely helpful in the after purchase process as i had a few questions after leaving the lot with my new vehicle and she promptly returned my calls and gave me the necessary answers and is currently following up on another question I had (it being Sunday I will not hear back until Monday). My overall experience with Jeannette has been a good one. More

1520 Mile "used" Buick LaCrosse I found car I wanted on Coleman's web site and called dealership. Talked with Jeannette Hosri. She was super nice and answered all my questions. I sent photos of car I wanted trade with them and she got the ball rolling. She called back with deal offered and I made plans to go to New Jersey from North Carolina to trade cars. Ty took my deposit over the phone. Upon arrival there Monday, April 16th, everyone was so nice and the dealership is large, well lit and so clean. Jeannette met me at the door and went over details. Chris Tandy came by to tell me a little about the car and why it had such low mileage since he originally sold it new. All in all, great experience with really nice, knowledgeable people. More
