Called the service director in reference to work that was supposed to be done on my vehicle. He said he would call me back with in the hour and this is what the service writer told me yesterday. This truly is an amazing car dealership. I bought a certified pre owned Buick suv at another dealership two months ago. Yesterday a check engine light came on. I was frantic as I only had th I bought a certified pre owned Buick suv at another dealership two months ago. Yesterday a check engine light came on. I was frantic as I only had the car for two months. I called Coleman as they are my local dealership. They fit me in the next day on a Saturday and repaired my vehicle. I’m impressed with the fact that they were willing to fit me in on a busy Saturday even though I didn’t purchase my vehicle there. Everybody there is always friendly and professional. You can tell that it is a family run dealership. I used to have a Chevy that I took there for service and I have always been completely satisfied as the team there in the service department always goes above and beyond. I left today with my vehicle washed, running perfectly and with a holiday pointsettia as a thank you from Coleman. Thank you for being absolutely amazing in the service department. More
