You can't make an appointment but I decided to wait. It took 4 1/2 hours. Service guy was nice he told me about wait time. Who ever did the oil change left oil all over the hood of my car. The absolute worst service department. Took my vehicle in on 4/26/21. JUST got it back on 5/21/21. I’ve had it 2 days and it started making the same horrible noise that I brought it in for on 4/26. Bought it on 4/26/21. JUST got it back on 5/21/21. I’ve had it 2 days and it started making the same horrible noise that I brought it in for on 4/26.
