The absolute worst service department. Took my vehicle in on 4/26/21. JUST got it back on 5/21/21. I’ve had it 2 days and it started making the same horrible noise that I brought it in for on 4/26. WORST most HORRIBLE oil change I have ever had done on any car I have owned. 1: couldn’t get an appointment, had to leave my car over night at a strange place it is always garaged. 2: when I did pick it u any car I have owned. 1: couldn’t get an appointment, had to leave my car over night at a strange place it is always garaged. 2: when I did pick it up it had dirty oil hand prints on the fenders and hood. 3: the passenger side seat was laid back like two people took it for a joy ride. 4: the washer fluid was not filled (was told they were out of washer fluid) whatever. 5: was waiting to be told I need an air filter and cabin filter, neither were checked because I know they need to be changed I had checked them before the service. 6: the air in the tires were not checked. Front driver was low had to stop and fill it myself. Which I know how to do but after a service you would think it would be done. 7: I only run Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and requested a SRT oil filter, I know it is more expensive and I am willing to pay for what I want. It should go without saying I will NEVER go back to collierville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram again. I am a Mopar guy and will never drive anything but Mopar. Just need a good place to make sure my car is treated the way you would treat your own car. This is not the place!!! More
