I had delimitation with the radio screen in my 2018 Jeep Compas. I submitted a claim for the radio to be replaced. I was told that I had to go into a dealership for to have the radio looked over to confirm Compas. I submitted a claim for the radio to be replaced. I was told that I had to go into a dealership for to have the radio looked over to confirm the cause of it not working properly. I took my Jeep in to Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep to have it looked over and was greeted by the service advisor, Jason. He was very helpful in assisting me in getting the radio replaced with the insurance claim. Thanks Jason! More
