Service department needs MUCH improvement! HORRIBLE! My Dodge Magnum went into the shop only needing a replacement acuator pin because it would not crank, thereby not start. They decided to ta HORRIBLE! My Dodge Magnum went into the shop only needing a replacement acuator pin because it would not crank, thereby not start. They decided to take 5 freakin' days to double check what I'd already told them the problem was!!! They quoted me an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE, and because of which, I had them to stop all work and restore everything back to the condition it was in when it was towed to them. I go to pay the diagnostic fee and the 1.5 hour labor fee to put everything back to its initial state, but now my whole ignition is SHOT and my vehicle has NO POWER AT ALL, whereas I at least had power when I delivered the car to them. Chad denies that my car ignition cylinder was operational and we went back and forth about it! If you want your car held up abnormally long and quoted outrageous labor fees, go to Chad, the service supervisor at Collierville Dodge! Take your vehicle somewhere else. More

I've been treated poorly by 2 other "big name" dealerships in Memphis over the past several years, so needless to say I'm skeptical of dealerships just as much as anyone else. However, my husband has purchased his last two vehicles here since 2012, so I decided I would give them a chance. Boy am I glad I did. The customer service I experienced working with Lacey and Lawrie this past weekend was PHENOMENAL! Lacey worked her tail off to find me what I was looking for in my strict budget and she succeeded with flying colors. Both of them were super personal and very friendly people. I also want to give a shout out to Cassie over in finance for helping me seal the deal and get out the door with exactly what I needed. Needless to say, this will be the only dealership I visit for any and ALL of my future car buying needs and I highly recommend you do the same. More

HORRIBLE AND SHADY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! BUYER BEWARE I wish we could give 0 zero stars because they sure earned it! We had issues with this dealership since the beginning. A few weeks after initially pur I wish we could give 0 zero stars because they sure earned it! We had issues with this dealership since the beginning. A few weeks after initially purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which we were told was completely inspected, my daughter was driving and had the head gasket blow. Luckily, it was under warranty and nothing dangerous happened. Recently, we had been experiencing a rear ticking noise while driving, so we took the car to Performance Tire to determine if it was a tire issue and they said they felt it was a mechanical issue and that we should take it to our local dealership, Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We took the car in for a diagnostic test, which we believed to be under warranty and were not told otherwise there would be a fee. The dealership kept the car for three days. They called on day 2 to inform us that they were still working on it. On the third day, Chad called and said we needed 4 new tires and to fix the break system. Chad quoted us $1900. I decided to take the car to another mechanic for a second opinion and was told I owed a diagnostic fee of $104 and that I could not pick up the car unless I paid this fee. I paid the fee and took the car elsewhere. My personal mechanic told us four new tires were needed, the brakes were brand new, and the ticking noise came from a piece of duct tape that had been caught on the wheel. This was all done free of charge. When we originally purchased the car, we had been told that the tires were brand new and were shocked to have to spend $600. Had Chad and Collierville Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram actually checked the tires or breaks, they would have needed to remove the tires and would have discovered the hanging duct tape. We are seeking to have a full refund of the diagnostic test, since it is apparent that no diagnostic work was performed and a return on the tire fees, since we were told that we had brand new tires at time of purchase. Stay away from this shady dealership that is so obviously about advancing their bottom line and seems to have a completely rude and incompetent service department. More

I had called ahead about a 2008 Pontiac Solstice that I wanted to look at and when Sandy and I got there it was sitting in front of the dealership waiting on us. As we got out of our car and walked toward the front door everyone that spoke to us was very friendly and made us feel right at home. We were met at the door by our sales person Lacey Johnson who made us feel even more at home. Lacey took us outside to look at the car we came to see. she was very informative about the car and what she was not sure about she got help and found the answers. Lacey and the sales manager were very helpful, professional and fun to work with. We had a great experience and we got the car we love and wanted at a fair price. Cant speak for their sales,but service side sucks! So to start this, there were 3 recalls listed for my jeep. I called and set up an appointment to drop it off to have the recalls done and i had a chec So to start this, there were 3 recalls listed for my jeep. I called and set up an appointment to drop it off to have the recalls done and i had a check engine light on due to active grill shutters. I ran diagnostic myself and even told service the codes. I arrived 25 mins early and wasnt seen for another hr. It was such a cluster,insert profanity here. They then told me all they could do was my recalls because they were too busy. I told them i was dropping it off and they could take their time. I was told it would be 2 days before they even looked at it. I live over an hr away, so it is easier to drop it off if it will take a few hrs. After arriving home i am told the car is done. I couldnt believe it! So i drove to the dealer where i was told there was a charge for running the diagnostic(which i had already done myself) and that it was fixed. I asked what was done to fix it and got the answer, i am a new guy i dont know.he pages the manager and after another 15 mins someone else comes up and says they did a software update that was not covered by warranty(33k miles on my vehicle) so reluctantly i paid and left believing my car problems were solved. Fast forward 2 days and the same check engine light is on again.i will be taking it to another dealer to replace the active grille shutters. More
