Great Experience After a long many months from late 2019 until June 2020 I' was looking for another either CPO or a nice pre-owned SUV or car. in June 2020, Colonial h After a long many months from late 2019 until June 2020 I' was looking for another either CPO or a nice pre-owned SUV or car. in June 2020, Colonial had a 2017 Lincoln MKZ on their website and on car gurus with low mileage, great color scheme. After I contacted them online about the Lincoln, their salesman Chad called me at home. Due to the COVID and my health concerns, Chad shuttled the Lincoln up to my home in the Merrimack Valley area of Ma for a test drive. The test drive went great and the dealer took care of better than 3/4 of my concerns. Just under a month from 1st buying the car, they took care of new tires and 3/4 brake job, new car and fob batteries, new speaker, fixed a noise issue with the hatch struts and nav software. The only disappointment is in the fact that their detailer is a bit messy, and my car wasn't vacuumed before they gave it back to me after servicing it. So herb chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield is the closest Cadillac dealer to me. I drive the extra 20 miles out of my way just to go see Christian. First reason being I trust the guy.
