Woke up to needing a jump start on my 2 year old Cadillac … I called the service department and they fit me into their schedule later that day. I dropped my SUV off right away for fear of not being able to start it! They called later to tell me it was the battery and that it was replaced and still under warranty!! I was thrilled that it didn’t cost me anything… Great service department !! More

Hands down, THE BEST customer service rep I have ever known, bar none. No matter what services or purchases I have done or will do, Denise is by FAR the #1 person that will ALWAYS come to mind.
