Steve Egeland was my s Purchasing my vehicle from Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM was one of the easiest car buying processes I've ever gone through. Steve Egeland was my salesperson and he was excellent. He was extremely fast to respond to inquiries with clear communication and he remained patient, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. No over the top sales pressure at all. When it came time to sign the paperwork and take delivery of my vehicle Steve was available and quick to take action to get me out the door as fast as possible. Steve did what he had to do ( swap the plates etc) really quickly and then brought me into meet Dave Worth (finance) to sign the paperwork etc. Dave was extremely professional friendly as well. Dave did a great job explaining the options available as far as warranties were concerned and he did so with no over the top pressure to purchase them. He also said that he didn't want to waste my time and that he wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible which I really appreciated. There is nothing worse than spending your whole day buying a car so I really like the fact that I was in and out in less than a half hour. I highly recommend this dealer. More
