Rock star level of service! Nick Mazzone and his team at Colonial Jeep made my first new car purchase so simple. He did everything I could of expected and more. After emailing several dealerships with three, basic, specific questions, Colonial was one of the few that took the time to reply to my email without a generic response. They addressed my concerns clearly, and invited me to continue the conversation via email or stop in if I had further questions. Nick assisted me in placing a custom Jeep order. We quickly and easily agreed on a fair price for the configuration. Despite some hangups on the factory’s end, Nick kept me updated every step of the build. The minute the car rolled into the lot, he sent me the first pictures as a tease. Upon arrival for paperwork, Nick joined me for a test drive while his manager Tim helped get me a fair price for my trade in. With the details almost all worked out, Eddie helped me finalize financing. Eddie was also great about answering questions about which warranty might be right for me. Less than 24 hours later, I was off on the road in my new jeep. I couldn’t be more happy with the service from Nick Mazonne and the Colonial team! More
