Above and beyond service I had been without a car for a few months, and even though I was located 20 miles away, the dealership management, and sales team went above and beyon I had been without a car for a few months, and even though I was located 20 miles away, the dealership management, and sales team went above and beyond in ensuring I was taken care of by dispatching a driver to pick me up, return me home, and even delivered the new vehicle to my home. The price for the vehicle was very fair, and the dealership also agreed to removing a soft top that I wasn't going to have need for, saving me an additional large $$ off the sticker. The sales advisor David Worth was very knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with. The dealership price model seems geared towards volume vs gross. If you do your homework and due diligence on a major purchase you'll find that their prices are very fair. I was very satisfied with my purchase. More

So I stopped by the colonial to pick up a brochure to read about the Jeep I was loven the looks. I talked with Nick, I explained I wasn't ready to make the decision, I needed more information. And asked him for a brochure which he found and after a chat . Went home to read all about it. This was my first time at this dealership and even to think of buying a Jeep. So I was very happy to find that it had everything I wanted in my next car. And it looked like it was in my price range cause I needed a car for work that was dependable. The day I stopped in I was ready to buy. Everyone helped me I felt very good about buying from this dealer and I hoped the service was just as good as the sales department. Since owning my Jeep Compass everything has been wonderful. It's strong, it's beautiful, I feel safe driving in any type of weather or road conditions. My friends didn't know what I had bought. A Jeep? They reluctantly said ok we'll go in your car. Thinking it was a stripped down, hard riding vehicle. Boy were they surprised. I have had so many experiences driving the Jeep and meeting other Jeep owners. Anyway the service department is excellent too. Not many woman owners in the waiting room.
